1. IT Department Manager (Web, Computer Programmer + App Developer)

    • Provide general database administration support for the production of internal databases, including trouble shooting and performance tuning

    • Review database designs and integration of systems to make recommendations for enhancements/improvements

    • Perform quality control audits to ensure accurate data quality and proper usage of data

    • Schedule and assess data replication processes to ensure consistent data transfer and sharing

    • Document all database architecture, including data standards, procedures, and metadata

    • Analyze existing database applications making sure databases are operating efficiently, fine-tuning, upgrading, and testing modifications as    needed

    • Establish all user requirements for databases and monitor user security and access to safeguard the company’s most sensitive data

    • Map out conceptual designs for databases as needed

    • Develop SQL queries to manage data and to assist the Development team with data retrieval

    • POS Programming & Web programming – PHP

    • HTML, Javascript, CSS, JQuery and more web script.

    • Minimum 2 years experience


2. Online Marketing & E-commerce administrator

    • Develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content.

    • Searching engines optimization and Improve search-engine rankings.

    • Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

    • Create Internet ads.

    • Establish an effective presence on social media sites.

    • Monitor a company's online reputation.

    • Craft email campaigns and manage and deliver email lists.

    • Solicit feedback and optimize campaigns accordingly.

    • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website

    • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them

    • Manage websites, including e-commerce website & family website

    • Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)

    • Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc)

    • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements

    • Minimum 2 years experience

3. China Import / Export

    • Fluent in Trilingual (Chinese, Korean, English)

    • Handle air and ocean shipments, import and export   

    • Prepare documents related to cargo shipping

    • Route and arrange import or export bookings with airlines & ocean carriers

    • Determine best routing/mode of transport

    • Dispatch pick-ups to authorized agents, drayage companies, etc.

    • Awareness of import & export regulations for each country & documentation requirements Daily tracking & follow up on all shipments/   

    • Invoice customer/overseas agents

    • Answer general inquiries from customers and overseas agents

    • Rate negotiations with carriers (air & ocean) Provide excellent customer service to external vendors.

    • Contact custom brokers on documentation
